Choral Rehearsal Tracks (“CRT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides professionally produced rehearsal tracks for published choral works, including individual vocal parts and accompaniment, for use by singers, educators, and choirs. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this website. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All rehearsal tracks, recordings, audio files, text, graphics, branding, and other content provided by Choral Rehearsal Tracks are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• CRT produces original rehearsal recordings of published choral works.
• Purchase or access grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or educational rehearsal use only.
• Content may not be:
  • Resold, redistributed, shared publicly, or uploaded to third-party platforms
  • Used for commercial resale, performance recordings, or synchronization
  • Shared outside the purchasing individual or licensed choir

All underlying musical works remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

4. Permitted Use

Rehearsal tracks may be used for:

• Individual practice
• Classroom or ensemble rehearsal
• Private choir preparation

Tracks may not be used as performance audio, backing tracks for public concerts, livestreams, or recordings without proper licensing from the copyright holder.

5. Accounts & Access

Some services may require account creation. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login information
• All activity under your account

CRT reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violation of these Terms.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.
• Subscription services (if applicable) renew automatically unless canceled prior to renewal.

7. Website Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service, but CRT does not guarantee continuous availability. Temporary outages may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues.
