Women sing the Soprano and Alto parts and Men sing the Tenor and Bass parts.
Your voice part comes through the left speaker (earbud) and all the other voice parts come through the right speaker (earbud). To practice your part, simply adjust the volume on either speaker to hear only your part, everything but your part or anything in between.
